🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

Request Period:

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

✅ Eligibility Conditions:

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Original packaging and tags must be intact.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

🔄 Exchanges:

• Exchanges are available for size or color, depending on stock availability.
• Price differences:
• If the new item is more expensive → customer pays the difference.
• If it’s cheaper → the difference will be refunded.

💰 Returns:

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after inspection.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in case of defective or wrong items).

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

• Used, damaged, or worn items.
• Items without tags or original packaging.
• Custom or personalized products.
